1 Then fill in the following eDofe registration form and hand it to the squadron,   edofe enrolment form  (only has to be completed once, at each level).

2 Then the cadet will receive an email at the email address that was registered on the enrolment form, containing the username and a link to set the password.     A guide on how to use eDofE at 485 Sqn click here

Please read carefully and retain for reference and contact the squadron if unsure. This assumes all prior eDofE section approvals have been submitted and approved in good time.

  • All cadets must now add “evidence” to each eDofE section to prove they have finished it.  Such evidence can include dated photos and scanned certificates etc but it absolutely must include a signed comment from their assessor that is scanned in by the cadet or posted onto this webpage directly by their assessor http://www.dofe.org/assessor/.
  • The more evidence the better but an assessor comment with accurate, correct dates of participation is the essential minimum requirement.
  • All cadets must add their own ‘Aims and Objectives’ to the eDofE Expedition section.  Their award cannot be finally approved without this information.  Staff cannot do this for the cadets. It is important for cadets to check emails and eDofE during this process so that action can be taken.
